4.1 Account

Email-based one-time code login.

You are responsible for securing access to your email account.

Single-user account model; sharing is permitted only for an authorized person of the customer (e.g., one designated company representative).

4.2 Subscriptions

The Service is offered via monthly/annual subscriptions and may include a free plan (e.g., 10 hives, 1 apiary site, 1 user). Current pricing and limits are shown in-app and/or on the website.

4.3 Payments & refunds

In-app purchases: If purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play, billing and refunds are governed by those platforms.

Web purchases: Web purchases are governed by web checkout terms and applicable law.

Baseline refund approach (web): Consumers: a 14-day withdrawal right may apply unless digital service delivery starts immediately with explicit consent and acknowledgement of loss of the withdrawal right.

If immediate activation is used: require an unticked checkout checkbox confirming explicit consent to immediate service activation and acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right is lost once performance begins.

Business customers: refunds are generally not provided unless required by law or explicitly stated.

4.4 Corporate sharing

Users may share selected data via link or QR code; sharing is selective (specific hives/sites), notes/photos may be hidden, and sharing can be revoked at any time.

4.5 Prohibited use

Unauthorized access, bypassing security, or reverse engineering.

Interfering with infrastructure, scraping, or abusive automated requests.

Illegal use.

4.6 AI disclaimer

AI outputs are informational and may be inaccurate; not veterinary advice. Users remain responsible for decisions.

4.7 Termination

Users may delete accounts in-app.

We may suspend/terminate accounts for violations or security reasons.

4.8 Liability

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, especially regarding indirect damages and reliance on AI outputs.

4.9 Governing law

Slovak law applies; Slovak courts have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
